The Job Center is the primary working area in the CSI Subordination Center for processing loan subordinations. To enter this portion of the Job Center you must be an authorized user and must login with your assigned password.
Once you have logged in and go to the Job Center, you will see a list of all current subordination jobs. From this screen you can either select a current job or start a new job.
The list of current jobs reflects the following information for each transaction:
- Job I.D.
- Job Status
- Processor
- File Number
- Branch Number
- Borrower Name
- Lien Holder
- Lien Holder Wait
- Job Age
If you start a new job, you will see a Create New Job screen from which you can select the appropriate Lien Holder, enter borrower information and begin processing the subordination.
